This job will be part of the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, which provides test and measurement solutions across a broad set of electronic industrial end markets, focusing on high-growth applications in the automotive and energy industries, and measurement solutions for consumer electronics, education and manufacturing, as well as semiconductor parametric testing, nano-positioning metrology and material science. The group provides electronic design and test software, instruments, and systems used in the simulation, design, validation, manufacturing, installation and optimization of electronic equipment.
We are looking for a talented, energetic, results-oriented person who loves working in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You will be working as part of a product leadership and management team to market, promote and grow the sales of our power technology instruments and solutions. You will focus more on our Power and Measurement products. As the owner of these products, you are responsible to manage the product lifecycles, which includes launching a new product until its end of life. From deep understanding of the market environment and competition, you develop customer preference towards our products with customer values and benefits surpassing the competition. With a crisp understanding of the product sales trends, you replace older products with the right renewals to maintain customers\xe2\x80\x99 interests.
You will be trained on Keysight\xe2\x80\x99s instruments that you will be responsible for. In turn, you will develop the marketing plans to drive adoption of new and current products and develop the sales tools that the field teams use to enable sales and improve their sales efficiency. You will also need to coach the field teams on the product features, key differentiations and benefits. You will be responsible to consistently feedback the customers\' needs to internal Keysight teams like Product Planning, R&D or Manufacturing, ensuring that they build quality and compelling products.
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic customer-orientated engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit. You are constantly seeking to solve customers\xe2\x80\x99 problems in their environment and applications using our Keysight products, innovative solutions with the best use of our products and developing new features as needed so that our solutions are compelling.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Managed day to day customers issues which hinder sales by solving a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity
-Develop and driving business and marketing plans for the products. This includes setting the product prices and sales bundles.
-Co-develop with marketing teams all relevant publicity and educational materials to enable customer preference in our products.
-Develop all relevant sales tools such as application notes, customer success stories, competition analysis, demos etc, to enable expertise of the field teams to sell our products
-Determine accurate order forecast to ensure that Keysight fulfils the customers\xe2\x80\x99 demands
-Clearly understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 problems and translate it back to internal Keysight teams like Product Planning and R&D, describing the problem precisely.
Job Qualifications
-Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in electrical engineering
-Typically 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
-Great initiative, sense of ownership, and sound decision making
-Ability to build strong business relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
-Power Product and General-Purpose Measurement Instruments knowledge and customer experience a strong plus
-Possess excellent time management skills and multi-tasking skills
-Solution orientated and result driven
-Ability to reduce and focus broad business strategies and concepts into structured executable projects with measurable goals
