As a Product Manager, you\'ll be focusing on catering solution for internal and external stakeholders. You must have strong background in maintaining product development and product improvement life cycle. In this role, you\'ll work on products development from inception to delivery, translating requests and requirements from Operation, Marketing, Finance, and Business into technical specifications. If you are passionate about Product Management, we\'d like to meet you! Responsibilties: Understanding of product roadmap and objectives. Develop business cases and studies of products. Task prioritization in product backlog. Define KPI for products, measure, and publish them. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their feedback, requirements, and periodically update. Timeline management for deliveries. Produce detailed requirement documentation along with technical flow diagrams like flow charts, sequence diagram, and many more. Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Information System, IT, Computer Science, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in software product management. Ability to understand the dynamics of software development teams. The fundamental principle of software development. Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage myriad of details that must be thoughtfully considered. Experience in producing technical requirement specifications such as use cases development, process flow diagram, state machines, and many more. Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Familiarity with Atlassian products like Jira & Confluence. Ability to conduct sprint planning with clear and precise stories. Good communicator. Experience in wireframing is a plus.
