Position: Product Management Lead

Drive the development of new digital product and solutions in support of Dialog\'s business growth, serving both internal and external stakeholders.

Lead the management and development of digital product and its roadmap in support business growth

Develop business case and solution concepts to provide recommendations and input to business plans and investment decisions

Work closely with business unit to understand business plan, requirements and customer\'s need in development of digital product and its adoption

Work closely with project team throughout development and delivery of product, providing input and business requirements

Review and enforce governance to ensure compliance with applicable internal and external requirements, including relevant regulatory and fiscal requirements

Provide regular update to management on progress of product development

Keep abreast of market development to gain knowledge and understanding of relevant domain and industry to maintain competitiveness of product

Collaborate with business operations and development team in launching of new products

Lead, guide and coach project team to ensure alignment with product roadmap

Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
8 years of relevant product management experience, especially in mobile applications or eCommerce or Payment related industries.

User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) skills.

Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies.

Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Able to address the pain points of users and translate the requirements to software development team.
