Job Description


As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ideating and developing new products, services, and solutions to meet customer demands, analysing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to launch and track product performance. The role also involves preparing business cases, assessing competitor activities, and ensuring financial and operational alignment to achieve revenue and profitability targets.As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for generating innovative ideas for products, services, offers, and solutions to meet market demands and customer expectations. Driving product concepts to align with the Go-To-Market (GTM) calendar and business goals. Besides, you will also be:

  • Analysing customer data and market trends to uncover opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and growing the business. Identify gaps and areas where new products or services can provide value.
  • Continuously assessing the competitive landscape, market environment, and emerging trends to identify risks and opportunities for the business. Conduct on-ground visits as needed to gather insights.
  • Developing concept proposals and business cases to present new ideas to internal stakeholders. Create compelling presentations that align with business strategies, opportunity sizing, customer benefits, and financial returns.
  • Working closely with the Product Development and Consumer Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to bring new propositions to market. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams to deliver results.
  • Tracking and analysing the performance of products and services against predefined user, revenue, and profitability targets. Report progress to senior leadership and recommend adjustments as necessary.

  • Ability to think strategically and analyse complex data to make informed decisions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to take on end-to-end responsibilities and get involved in operational matters as needed to ensure the success of the product lifecycle.
  • Understanding of financial metrics and the ability to assess and present business cases that demonstrate ROI and support the company's strategic goals.
