Key Expectations:

  • Focus on User Growth, focus on Buyer User journey and create value through UX.
  • Responsible for driving product strategy and execution to enhance, improve, upgrade Buyer UX through on-site user journey, touchpoints and value proposition.
  • Manage and improve search onsite engine for better matchmaking.
  • Able to do product parity comparison with competitors and similar platforms.
  • Able to perform user research and derive meaningful and purposeful actions to improve and/or upgrade UX.

What you will do:
  • Set a product vision for the Buyer UX category and collaborate on the product roadmap, including rolling out new types of user experience across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including the tech team to drive execution of the User Growth roadmap by applying appropriate product design framework and methodology.
  • Roll out large-scale Go-to-Market efforts by leveraging on data analytics to drive product, UI/UX design, engineering and marketing requirements.
  • Champion the initiative to gather and synthesize User voice and challenges.
  • Designing and tracking of metrics of key product rollout, competitor intelligence and campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives in supporting overall business growth. You will analyze user research/customer insights (buyer and seller) to form products and solutions that increase value to customers, improve operational efficiencies, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of a product, setting the strategic vision and defining the \xe2\x80\x9cwhy,\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\x9cwhat,\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cwhen\xe2\x80\x9d of what gets built. This work comes before the Product and Engineering team tackles the \xe2\x80\x9chow\xe2\x80\x9d of building the product. You act as a conduit between stakeholders and the teams that will implement the work.
  • Responsible for communicating the \xe2\x80\x9cwhy,\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\x9cwhat,\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cwhen\xe2\x80\x9d of what is built to potential buyers and internal teams. Use your understanding of the product and knowledge of the market, customers, and competitors to clearly explain the unique value the product brings.
  • Uses the product strategy (along with overall marketing strategy) to create the go-to-market plan. Keeps track of key deliverables, launches and project manages that across the organization.
  • As the go-to-market leader, ensures that internal, user-facing teams know how to best represent the benefits of our/offering product. This can entail collaborating with marketing to hone key messaging, providing training to sales and support teams, and making sure the website will get updated before the next go-to-market.
  • The product / domain expert for user growth, tracking metrics and reporting on any shifts in the market, share the future of the product with their colleagues in engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
Qualifications
  • More than 3 years prior experience as a Product Manager in a digital product, not limited to industry.
  • Analytical experience User behaviour that led to a product design that has made significant improvements.
  • Product Owner tools and features which include but not limited to Recommendation Engines, Push Notifications Systems, etc.
  • Understands and have their own definitive POV of a search experience on a platform, finally creating features / functions that improves User Experience.
  • Product Roadmap creation, working in an Agile environment, Write User stories and collaborate with engineers. Understands User journey, experience in Digital product product management.
  • Entrepreneur mindset; needs to be resourceful and understands digital marketplace and how to create demand and conversion.
  • SEO experience is a huge bonus - not a must
