Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Dietetics, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or a related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in product or campaign marketing, ideally within FMCG, healthcare, or retail pharmacy sectors.
Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of marketing performance tracking, sales data interpretation (e.g. Excel, Xilnex), and campaign reporting.
Familiarity with POSM, bundling campaigns, and MOH/KKM advertising regulations for healthcare products.

Details of job roles
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for health products.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key decision-makers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities and results.
2. Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to create awareness, generate leads, and drive product demand.
- Collaborate with the creative builder team to create marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and email marketing to reach target audiences effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and messaging.
3. Product Positioning and Branding:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify unique selling propositions and positioning for health products.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor marketing messages and product positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and regulatory, to ensure product compliance and market readiness.
4. Relationship Management and Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales and geo marketing team, special project team, frontliner alproeans and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and key industry influencers to drive product endorsements and referrals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field, with a strong understanding of nutritional principles and supplements.
Proven experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in the health or wellness industry.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex nutritional information clearly and effectively.
