JOB OVERVIEW Konbini is a Technology company building IoT solutions for industrial and enterprise clients. We have just established a Johor office and are looking for an analytical and meticulous Business Admin Executive who is keen to play a key role in the new team. The Executive\xe2\x80\x99s role will be a mix of marketing & business development initially for our Singapore HQ\xe2\x80\x99s marketing, and later for our Sdn Bhd in Johor. :

• Developing marketing strategies and campaigns that target specific segments of the market, such as industrial or consumer audiences, for each individual machine.
• Creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization, to increase visibility and reach potential customers.
• Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the marketing of each machine.
• Collaborating with the sales team to create sales materials and support the sales process for each machine.
• Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
• Collaborating with product development team to develop an understanding of product features and use cases for each machine, and use this understanding to inform marketing strategies.
• Keeping abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

• A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing or B2B marketing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools, such as email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization.
• Experience conducting market research and analyzing data to inform marketing decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the sales team, product development team, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with Marketing Automation tools and CRM software.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the smart machine industry and its trends is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
