A leading fintech innovator in Malaysia, providing Malaysians with a widely used integrated super app for e-wallet payments as well as investment & financial tools.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Merchant Services Division, ensuring strong alignment with overall business priorities and revenue targets. Oversee merchant-focused communications by designing onboarding journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and engagement nudges to activate and boost merchant transactions. Collaborate with analytics and consumer research teams to uncover user and partner behaviors, turning insights into innovative and impactful marketing campaigns. Lead and coordinate with design, digital marketing, promotions, and communications teams to ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints. Strengthen and elevate brand presence across key merchant verticals such as retail, eCommerce, mobility, and SMEs.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years in marketing, with proven leadership capabilities. Preferably experienced in payments, fintech, or eCommerce environments. Demonstrated ability to turn business goals into effective marketing outcomes. Strong understanding of merchant ecosystems, user behavior, and digital payment growth drivers. Skilled in evaluating campaign performance, optimizing strategies, and connecting marketing results to business metrics. Adept at partnering with cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Product, and Growth, as well as external partners. Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale, high-impact campaigns with consistency and strong ROI. Successful track record in building, mentoring, and scaling marketing teams
