Job description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic vision and roadmap for product in Financial Markets operation, solution delivery aligned to business priorities and managing the backlog.
- Make sure strategic direction is aligned to the business plan, scorecard aligned outcomes and set right technology architecture and business operating models.
- Accountable for optimising value delivery through continuous improvement, gathering feedback from relevant stakeholders and prioritising their backlog.
- Present at all required ceremonies/events to provide feedback and prioritisation.
- Work with Scrum Master to build a high performing team in a psychologically safe environment.
- Minimum 6 years experience in Product Owner / Scrum Master or relavant experience.
- Proven knowledge in Banking / Financial markets operational and delivery of technology and business solutions.
- Agile knowledge is a must.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good stakeholder management skills and problem solving.
