WHAT'S THE ROLE?
We are looking for a proactive and visionary Product Owner to join our e-commerce team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering digital solutions that enhance the customer journey on Hilti Online. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, writing user stories, aligning with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with strategic business goals.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and continuous refinement.
Write clear and actionable user stories to guide development teams.
Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Collaborate with UX, development, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
Align with stakeholders across functions to ensure shared understanding and timely delivery.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and internal data to inform product decisions.
Ensure seamless integration of new features into the global e-commerce architecture.
Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centric design and functionality.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
