As a

Product Owner

specializing in Lending, you will be responsible for setting up the development, enhancement, and management of our digital lending products and services. You will play a critical role in shaping the lending product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with Boost Bank's overall objectives. This includes ideation, development, implementation, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the financial services industry, with specific expertise in lending products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our lending solutions meet the needs of our customers and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for lending products. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Define lending product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
Product Development

Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality lending products. Write detailed product requirements and user stories. Ensure timely and efficient product development through agile methodologies. Oversee product testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure products meet quality standards.
Customer Focus

Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve lending products. Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Job Requirements & Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record (>10 years) of success in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on lending products. Strong understanding of digital banking and fintech trends. Experience leading product development initiatives from ideation to launch, with a customer-centric mindset and a data-driven approach.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
