WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
This position is supporting the end-to-end product development works including designing, developing and managing insurance products for digital platform partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist in conducting market and customer research as part of the process in designing insurance products, and ensure aligned with the customer proposition for different digital platform partners. It is required to work together with partners to discuss and understand the customers needs as well as prepare product proposal presentations.
• 
  Assist in pricing and re-pricing for digital insurance products, including prepare necessary documents for submission to Bank Negara Malaysia, Product Governing Committee, Product Development Committee, Group Office, etc.
• 
  Provide support on the end to end new product development from technical product development through to system implementation, including the necessary documents preparation, testing and approval processes.
• 
  Support in preparing all product-related matters, e.g. product roll out, training, product collaterals such as policy wording, PDS, FAQs, etc. This shall include engage with internal stakeholders for review and approval.
• 
  Assist in managing enhancements and other changes to insurance products in conjunction with up-sell/ cross-sell promotions and sales campaigns.
• 
  Assist in preparing regular post-launch product performance reports and data analytics as and when needed, to provide insightful commentary in supporting business decision making processes.
• 
  Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

  Minimum Degree holder, preferably in Actuarial Science.
• 
  Candidates with less than 2 years working experience or with internship experience in the insurance industry, especially in the areas of Product Development and/or Actuarial Pricing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
