COMPANY OVERVIEW
A leading automotive parts manufacturer specializing in plastic injection and OEM components, currently looking for Product/Process Engineering Senior Manager/Manager role. This role involves leading the engineering team to make production smarter by improving processes, adding automation, and helping the team to grow.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop tools, jigs, and automation systems to make plastic injection manufacturing faster and more effective. * Drive projects that reduce waste and move the company toward smart, connected manufacturing.

• Use automation and process improvements to lower manpower needs while boosting productivity.
• Apply PLC programming to streamline and improve production operations.
• Guide and support team members, encouraging continuous learning and innovation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's in engineering or related field. * At least 10 years in plastic injection manufacturing.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0.
• PLC programming, robotics, and AI familiarity are a plus.
• Strong team leadership and negotiation skills with suppliers.
