Job Description

:

• Manage quality assurance of end-to-end operations at manufacturing partners, for the manufacturing of large format operations.
• Develop and maintain an effective Product Quality Assurance Plan, to ensure all large format products manufactured continuously meet the required quality requirements during prototype builds to mass production.
• Drive continuous quality improvements, while meeting quality goals and aspire to exceed expectations.
• Manage and lead quality team at manufacturing partners, collaborates with cross functions and across geographical locations, to resolve possible quality issues and achieve higher level of quality performance.
• Perform process and system audits at manufacturing partners to validate quality performance.
• Design portions of engineering solutions utilizing multiple engineering disciplines for products, systems, software, and solutions based on established engineering principles and in accordance with development technology practices and guidelines.
• Participate in knowledge transfers from global business unit, in establishing parameters and test plans for new product introduction and existing designs, to assure product quality and reliability performance.
• Actively participates to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for large format printers and accessories.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Other Information:

• Minimum 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Able to apply quality control tools and methods to drive quality improvements.
• Able to apply statistical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to manage quality inspectors and technicians, in performing quality inspections and audits.
• Able to systematically apply analytical and statistical tools, to measure quality performance and perform failure analysis.
• Able to use empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications.
• Good grasp of the elements of Quality Management System for manufacturing operations would be a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Able to effectively communicate across functions and different geographical locations.
• A team player, and willing to rise and lead when required.
• Willing to learn, able to work independently, committed to deliver.
