Product Quality Engineer (Semiconductor)
Job description
This Multinational semiconductor company is rapidly expanding and looking to add a Product Quality Engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead, create and continuously improve processes that reinforce the integrity towards the Quality Systems, Quality Engineering and Quality Operations of the company that include but are not limited to; change product introductions, qualification of product developments, quality standards & procedures, complaint handling, data analysis, and more.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree (at minimum) in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/relevant)
- Proven track record of leading initiatives and projects within Quality Assurance
- Established familiarity with international quality standards & policies from a multinational semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Critical thinking capabilities in order to cross-functionally collaborate with relevant departments with effective communication in order to resolve discrepancies and systemically drive down issues within the organization
