Product Reliability EngineerDescription -Job SummaryYou will own the form, fit and function of HP Print-heads and will provide engineering resolutions to product/manufacturing issues. You will implement a strong Product Quality System across the value chain, driving Product Qualification/Change Management processes.ResponsibilitiesProvide resolution and implement engineering solution to product/manufacturing issueEngage R&D and Product Development to enable New Product Introductions and ExtensionsIdentify the risks early in the program and determine the test methods needed to characterize the product to ensure we meet the end-customer needs. This is especially true in any product or process NUD\xe2\x80\x99sThroughout the program, characterize the product to ensure we understand the risks and what it would take to address the risksDrive Product Qualification processesDrive and implement strong Product Quality SystemOwn the form, fit and function of HP Printhead and drive Change ManagementEngage and drive solutions across HP value chains team such as Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Tech Support as well as Production, to improve Manufacturing Line Productivity, Yield and QualityConceptualize, Develop and Deliver solutions to simplify Processes and deliver Cost Reduction out of the OperationsEducation & Experience RecommendedFour-year or Graduate Degree in Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 4-7 years of work experiencePossess good understanding of manufacturing processes, methodologies and environment, preferably have the experience working in a fast pace and high-volume electronics product manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and organization skillsAble to work well under Stress, both internally and across functionsFast learner, Proactive and Self driven characterTechnically inclined and Hands-on personalityFluent in English both spoken and writtenExcellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Project Management skillsGood Understanding of Quality Assurance & Process Control KnowledgeExcellent team player, interpersonal and communication skillKnowledge & Skills
