This role will be a blend of client-facing activities with technical tasks, with the FAE becoming the go-to person for new and existing IoT customers seeking in-depth technical product expertise. This would be done in parallel with supporting the Sales Manager for customers in both pre-sales and post-sales environments. Flexibility to travel to customer sites Job Responsibilities: Build relationships with IoT customers and prospects and provide them with technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales activities. Support the Sales Manager and Engineers in identifying the most appropriate solutions for customers after analysing their requirements. Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and provide useful market insights to the business. Requirements: Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information System, or relevant field experience. Knowledge of embedded software development A good understanding of embedded systems, RF Technology and power supply design Relevant work experience in a sales engineering role, or other technical support role A customer driven attitude, you understand what growing customer value is Experience with web APIs will be a plus Understanding of IoT/Industry 4.0 and/or safety-critical software development will be a plus Property development and property management relevant experience will be a plus Additional Information: Career Level: Middle Qualification: Minimum Degree Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of related industry experience.
