As a Product Sales Specialist, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle- from prospecting and presenting to closing deals and providing after-sales support- while using your expertise to strengthen client trust, achieve ambitious targets .
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned areas or territories.
Provide effective product knowledge to clients, ensuring solutions are aligned with their needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and industry regulations.
Attributes Required Must-Have
Success in the role will require a combination of excellent communication, negotiation, leadership attribution and maintaining a positive, meaningful connections with others. Candidates should possess:
Have at least a Diploma/ Degree in Science, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Medicine, Nursing, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
Strong self-management skills in handling territory-based sales drive results.
Motivated and ambitious with a strong enthusiasm for learning and pursuing a career in sales and marketing.
Strong understanding of sales functions and business operations would be an advantage.
Flexible with travel requirements including regional and occasional overnight trips.
Valid driving licence and compliance with the company's driving record criteria are mandatory.
Aspiring sales professionals, including fresh graduates, are encouraged to apply.
