About the role
The Product Sales Specialist is responsible for achievement of territorial sales budget, profit and market share in line or exceeding company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives through execution of approved Sales and Marketing Plans and effective control of assigned territories.
Responsibilities
Sales achievement of assigned territories and to meets or exceeds established annual sales quota.
Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling of appointments, conduct sales presentations, understanding business needs, develop proposals and sales closure.
Maintaining of customer database by ensuring to update key customer data and identifying market potential by qualifying accounts.
Maintaining good partners\' relationship with internal and external.
Uphold good image of company and take care of its assets.
Minimum requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in healthcare/hospital
Proven experience in sales, with experience in medical device applications preferred.
Preferred requirements
Wound care certification preferred.
Dynamic, decisive, and highly collaborative, with ability to work within multiple cross-functional teams.
Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment with a positive attitude.
Engaging and dynamic presentation style with the ability to communicate complex data and clinical information to internal and external audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft programs including all MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
