- The primary purpose of this role is to promote and specify company products to Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and Developers.
- This position is integral to the sales team, contributing to the company's growth and market presence.
- Attend, service, promote, and specify company products to Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and Developers.
- Foster strong relationships by identifying clients' needs and developing effective sales strategies.
- Prepare proposals, provide solutions, and deliver relevant information.
- Conduct product briefings and organize client presentations.
- Liaise with clients on all technical aspects of projects.
- Identify and cultivate new leads while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Gather market intelligence for the Manager by closely monitoring market trends.
- Achieve targets and work independently.
- May be required to cover additional regions as needed.
- Diploma or Degree in business, marketing, construction, or related fields.
- Proven experience in plastic pipe sales.
- Ability to read and understand construction and architectural drawings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
