Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Product Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends and strong negotiation skills, responsible for identifying and acquiring the best products for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify high-demand products and trends on wholesale platforms like 1688.com. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from negotiating pricing and payment terms with suppliers to ensuring timely delivery. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain. Monitor product quality and resolve any supply or shipping issues to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.

Requirements

Proven experience in procurement and product sourcing in the e-commerce industry. Previous experience using wholesale platforms is a significant advantage. We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and negotiation-savvy professional. You must have strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent analytical abilities for market and product research are essential. You should also have a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
