Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Sourcing:

Oversee the complete sourcing cycle, from identifying potential suppliers to contract management and supplier relationship management.

Experience in sourcing and managing suppliers from China will be an added advantage

Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of products while adhering to quality standards.

2. Supplier Relationships Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and communication.

Develop and implement negotiation strategies to secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.

Continuously assess supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Market trend analysis:

Stay updated on market trends and understand needs of end-purchasers, particularly in the healthcare and beauty industries.

Use market insights to inform sourcing decisions and anticipate changes in supplier capabilities and pricing

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in product sourcing and procurement, with a minimum of 3-5 years

3.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

4. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment of entrepreneurial organization

7. Proficient in Mandarin language as the role would be dealing with China supplier/market

8. Proficient in English
