• Understand clients\' needs and tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Address client\'s inquiries, concerns & technical issues promptly & effectively.
• Implement action plans to achieve sales targets & objectives on assigned areas.
• Regularly engage with clients to provide product updates, conduct presentations, demonstrations and supports.
• Maintain records of activities, forecasts and analysis for management review.

Your Distinctive Traits

• Degree or Master\'s in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biological sciences, or science field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and recognizing their unique needs.
• Minimum 1 year working experiences. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Possess own car and able to travel outstations * INDOOR ROLE AVAILABLE*
