Job Responsibilities

As a

Medical Sales Representative

, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory. Your role will focus on building strong customer relationships and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

Achieve

sales targets and KPIs

for the assigned territory (Central and Pahang regions).

Cultivate, maintain, and expand

relationships with existing customers in line with the company's growth strategy. Plan and execute

CME (Continuing Medical Education)

activities to promote assigned products. Maintain an updated, classified list of

key contacts

including physicians, hospitals, and paramedical staff. Provide

timely market intelligence reports

and competitor insights to the management team. Travel for

outstation fieldwork

approximately

5-7 days per month

(self-drive required).

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

in any

Science-related discipline

is preferred. Minimum

2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

, particularly in GP clinics and private hospitals.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Highly

service-oriented

,

flexible

, and

proactive

in addressing customer needs. Strong

drive and determination

to meet and exceed sales goals. Possess a

valid driving license

and

own transport

. Proficiency in

English

Bahasa Malaysia

Mandarin

is an advantage.

Preferably a Chinese male candidate

(due to travel and client engagement requirements).

Fresh graduates

Travel Requirement:

5-7 days per month for outstation coverage (self-driving required)
