Product Specialist

, you'll be the face of the brand, connecting with customers, showcasing cutting-edge EVs, and creating unforgettable experiences both in-person and online.

What You'll Do

Welcome and engage walk-in customers, delivering a warm and professional first impression. Drive sales through exceptional service, strong product knowledge, and active customer engagement. Manage the entire sales process -- from prospecting and follow-ups to test drives and closing deals. Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date with leads, sales, and delivery details. Capture exciting moments and customer stories for social media -- including TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and YouTube Shorts. Create scroll-stopping videos, lifestyle content, and live product showcases to build brand awareness. Stay informed on EV products, local incentives, and market trends to confidently educate customers.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree holders preferred --

fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Excellent communication skills in both English and local language. Confident in product presentation and engaging with audiences, both offline and online. Passionate about innovation and the future of mobility. Self-driven, organized, and a great team player. Experience in customer service or retail sales is an advantage (automotive background not required).
