About Our Client
Our client is a leading international medical market company, with an international presence and operations in Malaysia which provides services such as medical sales, market insights, marketing, sales and after-sales services.- Develop short and long-term medical sales strategies and implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories
- Call/visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, gain demonstrations and quotation opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and emphasise saleable features/customer benefits
- Record sales data and maintain customer data in customer relationship management databases
- Enhance sales processes, sales plans, and customer satisfaction to improve sales targets
- Ensure timely delivery or installation of products/systems and have relationship development with key customers
The Successful Applicant
- Study background: Bachelor\'s degree or professional qualification, preferably in a scientific or medical-related field
- Have at least 3 years of experience in hospital, GP or pharmacy sales
- Strong negotiation, and selling skills, have knowledge of the industry, market and competitors
- Have skills in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Must have good communication in English, both written and spoken
- Based in Ipoh, with the willingness to travel
