About Our Client
Our client is a leading international medical market company, with an international presence and operations in Malaysia which provides services such as medical sales, market insights, marketing, sales and after-sales services.
Develop short and long-term medical sales strategies and implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories
Call/visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, gain demonstrations and quotation opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and emphasise saleable features/customer benefits
Record sales data and maintain customer data in customer relationship management databases
Enhance sales processes, sales plans, and customer satisfaction to improve sales targets
Ensure timely delivery or installation of products/systems and have relationship development with key customers
The Successful Applicant
Study background: Bachelor\'s degree or professional qualification, preferably in a scientific or medical-related field
Have at least 3 years of experience in hospital, GP or pharmacy sales
Strong negotiation, and selling skills, have knowledge of the industry, market and competitors
Have skills in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Must have good communication in English, both written and spoken
Based in Ipoh, with the willingness to travel
