Product Specialist

The Product Specialist is responsible to to achieve or exceed annual sales budget assigned to the territory with effective implementation of sales and promotional activities. This position will strategically promote assigned product(s) in accordance to the company\'s rules and regulations, build and maintain a professional and positive working relationship with customers. This position will also be a mentor and role model to the junior colleagues.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To effectively achieve or exceed annual sales budget within the allocated spending.
  • Plan and execute monthly calls to customers with the right frequency and reach.
  • To effectively conduct video / slide presentations to customers.
  • Provide competitive information and implement marketing activities effectively.
  • Attend regular meetings and trainings to improve product knowledge and achieve product certification.
  • To effectively call on customers and promote assigned product(s) in compliance with local and global code of conduct.
  • To establish a high level of contact with key customers/opinion leaders, understand and address both the business and scientific needs of customers
  • Show integrity, analytical thinking and has interest in self-development
  • To mentor and coach junior sales members in territory management including calls and activity implementations.
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor degree in Science or experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and customer focus orientation
  • KOL management and relationship building skills
  • The will to achieve, Aggressive, Passion, Integrity, Enthusiastic
  • Good command in English
