Manage key accounts, maintain good relationship with new and existing customers
Act as the point of contact for clients, resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
Work together with colleagues in creating new accounts, quotations and ensure complete delivery of customers' orders
Establish best practices and to ensure budget and time requirements are met
Stay updated with new features and product launches, actively participate in product training/workshops/ events
Study relevant clinical articles/information to enhance knowledge and provide relevant advice to internal/external customers
Monitor and report on sales performance analytic and liaise with Business Development Manager to identify business growth opportunities, develop and execute sales plans
Submit weekly/ monthly complete sales reports to the manager
