JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcome and engage walk-in customers to create a positive first impression. Drive sales through excellent service, deep product knowledge, and active promotion. Implement operational policies to meet customer needs and achieve brand objectives. Provide accurate product and EV incentive information to customers Manage sales process by prospecting, following up, maintaining pipelines, up to closures. Collect leads, arrange test drives, and qualify potential customers. Keep CRM updated with accurate sales, lead, and delivery data. Capture and publish content across social media platforms - customer testimonials, behind the scenes, car delivery moment, events and etc. Create scroll-stopping short videos and lifestyle content for TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and YouTube Shorts. Engage with followers and respond to comments or messages where needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree holders are preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proven experience in customer service is an advantage. Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about innovation in the personal transportation industry. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet business-critical deadlines. Committed to ethical sales practices with a strong dedication to delivering results. Reliable team player with a strong sense of collaboration. Excellent communication skills in both the local language and English. * Comprehensive knowledge of Leapmotor's products and services, with a willingness to keep up to date on EV industry trends and local incentives.
