The Product Specialist will focus on promoting and selling specialized healthcare portfolios and supporting clients with product knowledge and technical consultation. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth post-sales support across clinical settings.

• Promote and sell specialized healthcare products across assigned territories
• Build and sustain relationships with clinical stakeholders including lab and hospital teams
• Deliver product presentations and offer technical guidance to clients
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to market expansion
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation
• Coordinate logistics for product delivery, setup, and post-sales support
• Track market developments and gather customer insights

A successful Product Specialist should have:

• A degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or medical-related products.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients.
• A proactive, independent, and goal-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Own transport and willingness to travel across Malaysia.
