JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES:

• To achieve sales, volume, growth, market share and listing targets for assigned portfolio.
• Priorities and review daily sales activities, and continuously seek improvement to enhance sales process and customer satisfactions
• Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products/services
• Provide excellent customer experience, provide product training to support customer needs, handling customer issues on a timely basis and always follow up on customer feedback.
• To establish segmentation and targeting to incorporate into the business plan to align company range of products with the right consumers through the right partners

MARKETING:

• Identify new potential customers and market opportunities
• Priorities and review daily sales activities, and continuously seek improvement to enhance sales process, sales target and customer satisfactions
• Provide reports, forecasts and other management information for top management
• Support promotional and marketing activities organised by head office and/or customers
• Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior and management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong achiever to deliver sales results
• People orientated person to build long lasting customer relationship
• Self motivated, team player and good interpersonal skills
• Diploma or Degree in Science or Medical related discipline
• Posses own transport and willing to travel
• Those who work in similar industry and able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the industry / market / competitors / customers / products / services will have an added advantage
• Candidates are required to work in either Northern area (Penang & Kedah area) / KL & Perak / Johor & Melaka
