Job Description
Job Purpose
The Production Operator is responsible for operating machines, assembling products, and performing tasks on the production line to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. The role requires following standard operating procedures, maintaining product quality, and ensuring safety compliance at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Operate machines and equipment according to work instructions and safety guidelines. Perform assembly, packaging, or processing tasks on the production line. Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting visual and basic quality checks. Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety hazards immediately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S practices). Assist in achieving daily production targets by working efficiently and effectively. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is an advantage (training will be provided). Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting. Physically fit to perform standing work and manual handling tasks. Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.
