Execute the plan to increase sales volumes in assigned accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain awareness of competitive products and marketing practices, and keep sales management informed concerning them. \xe2\x80\xa2 Verbally deliver clear and concise instruction on the safe and efficacious use of assigned products to customers in and out of the OT setting, including in-services for surgeons and clinical staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify opportunities for surgeons and senior clinical staff to attend company-sponsored professional training programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Address customer complaints in accordance with Company policy and advise management promptly of any situation beyond the scope of authority. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand and demonstrate high-performance practices and expectations in daily work activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
