To handle relationship management with new or existing clients which include Sales progress tracking & follow-up.
To be highly sensitive and adaptive towards the latest market trends to improve product visibility and brand exposure.
To work closely with the cross-department in planning and brainstorming for all business development activities.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements and updates in surgical pharmaceutical products.
Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and other relevant staff, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product features and applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and healthcare professionals in the surgical field.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Science with two (2) years of experience or more in similar field will be preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with good English proficiency.
Detail-oriented, multi - tasking, and organization skills.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Results and quality oriented.
Superior product knowledge. Able to absorb complex technical product knowledge.
