Job Description

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree, Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Food Science or equivalent field.
• Fresh Graduate welcome.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be added advantage.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicated.

Scopes:

• Propose suitable formula according to client and sales inquiry.
• Provide advice to client and sales inquiry and provide technical/ scientific advice.
• Build relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Ensure sales collection target are met monthly.
• Developing and implementing sales plan.
• Troubleshooting existing and old formulas (in terms of quality, functionality, regulation), with sales, production, qc, and client.
• Research on current market trends and competitor products and propose new idea / products to client.
• Conduct health talk, product health and nutrition training to internal / external clients.
• Prepare write up on companys products & health information.
• Perform sourcing for new or alternative raw material / products.
• Track and monitor changes on formula, record to database accordingly.
• Perform marketing activities in creating engaging content for social media platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement platforms (video shooting, products benefits, FAQs).
• Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results.
• Perform expressed or implied duties required by superior or company
