Manages test related documentation- Reviews and Updates Control Plan and test procedures to align to IFX requirements- Test Procedures and Specs, Product Change Notices (PCN), Engg Change Notices (ECN) , Quality Systems- Test Data transfer from subcon to EBS More than 7 years of working experience in Engineering + semiconductor background. Good at data analysis tools to do real time production data analysis to come out production performance and commonality result. Good understanding of FE/assembly process to cater for production issue root cause identification. Final Test Equipment, Process and Methodology experience/know-how Knowledge and experience on Test Systems and programs (Visual ATE,UNIX, C++ , SAP) and various functional interfaces Interfaces with PE, TDE, Production Logistic & Planning, Quality Management and Subcons.
