We are seeking a dedicated and technically inclined Product Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and conducting comprehensive product training programs for both internal staff and external clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for sharing knowledge.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical training, product support, or related engineering roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong technical understanding and hands-on approach with laboratory or construction materials testing equipment.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for training and support assignments.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fast learner with strong technical aptitude and interest in materials testing technology.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for learning and technical training are encouraged to apply.

Tanggungjawab

• Conduct product training sessions and technical demonstrations for clients and internal personnel, both locally and overseas.
• Design, plan, and deliver structured training programs to ensure a clear understanding of product operation, applications, and maintenance.
• Customize training content and delivery methods to match the skill levels and requirements of participants (basic to intermediate).
• Provide comprehensive technical information and ensure all training activities align with international testing standards.
• Prepare and organize all relevant training materials and resources, including manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and demonstration setups.
• Assess and evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance reviews, recommending improvements where appropriate.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, rectification, and calibration of equipment when necessary (added advantage).
