Handling day-to-day tasks for Production department
Perform data entry for customer order and create production work order.
Issue Delivery Order (DO), packing goods and arrange for delivery.
Stock monitoring and maintain up-to-date record for all items and raw material.
Order production tools and accessories, ensure sufficient stock.
Entry item code and update product catalogue.
Liaise with customer and interdepartmental related to operation matters.
Provide clerical support, maintain up to date documentation and company database
Perform ad-hoc task and duties assigned by superior as and when required.
Job Requirements & Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least SPM.
Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office
Good behavior, disciplined & good communication.
Able to converse and write in Mandarin, Malay and English. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with clients and enter the customer order into the system.
Able to work overtime (for special occurrence).
Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
