Production Assistant Executive (training & Improvement)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. To assist in providing training for production staff

2. To assist production executive to achieve production targets and maximize productivity.

3. Control product quality and rejection.

4. To participate in new product implementation such as process flow, machinery usage and documentation.

5. To involve in production improvement project.

6. To ensure production complies with GMP & ISO22000

7. To maximize utilization of manpower, material & machinery with minimal machine breakdown

8. To establish / review production documentation

9. To monitor workplace safety and cleaning effectiveness in production

10. To work with QAQC in solving in-process non-conformance and customer complaints and ensure timely closure.

11. To assist in purchasing miscellaneous production items.

12. To assist printing in process product labels for BMR issuance when required

13. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in pharmacy / biotech / chemistry / nutrition or any other relevant qualification.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in related fields.

3. Able to work independently and have good leadership skills.

4. Effective time management, multi-tasking and organization skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
