Production AssistantSalary: RM1,700
Location: Shah AlamJob Goals / Mission
Performs a single or limited variety of repetitive manual labor tasks to process, collate and packing of printed banknote. Assigned areas are Jogger, Collate, Packing and Casing of Pallet.Areas of Responsibility / TasksJogger
Arranges completed printed large banknote sheets to ensure that all sheets are in proper alignment. Airing of banknote sheets to prepare the sheets for cutting into small size banknote. May assist to draw printed banknote sheet stock from Logistics warehouse for cutting.Collate and Pack
Prepares shipping boxes according to the required specifications.
Arranges banknote bundles according the required numbering and customers' specifications. Packs the banknote bundles into the shipping boxes and seal the shipping boxes.Casing Palletize
Places the sealed shipping boxes into Pallet and strap the boxes onto the pallet. Moves the pallet to storage bay.General
To adhere to safe working practices at all times and wear the provided PPE at all times. Embraces and practices the 5s, Power Printing, ISO and TPM methodologies in the finishing department. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.Porter
To porter materials for Finishing Department, Pre-QC, Sampling / Examination
Follow all work instructions and SOPs provided.Bander.
Perform banding of cut banknotes into 100/1000 per bundle by operating a banding machine.Counting.
Performs counting of cut banknote by using a banknote counting machine.L- Sealer
Manage the collecting area which banknote go into plastic shrink wrap tunnel.Job Requirement

• Education level - minimum SPM
• Language required - English (basic level), Bahasa Melayu
• Male candidate - this job requires lifting
• Able to work in shift
• Able to support overtime (weekend)
