? Assist the Production Manager.
? Allocate resources efficiently.
? Hire, train, and assess workers.
? Supervise production staff and ensure procedures are followed.
? Check that materials and supplies are available for production.
? Solve issues and improve workflows.
? Work with other teams to keep production on schedule.
? Prepare reports on productivity and inventory.
? Maintain cleanliness and keep records up to date.
Job Requirement :
? Prefer 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production line environment.
? Punctuality, able to work independently, self discipline, responsible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
