Job Description

Oversee the Manufacturing Process and ensure efficient production operations. Managing production schedules, coordination resources, and maintaining quality standards to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning: -

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely availability of resources, including raw material and manpower.
Team Leadership: -

Supervise production staff and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations. Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork to achieve production goals.
Quality Assurance: -

Implement quality control measures to maintain product quality and compliance with standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly
Process Improvement: -

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency imp0rovements. Implement cost-effective solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Inventory management: -

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock availability. Minimize excess inventory and optimize inventory turnover rates.
Safety Compliance: -

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Conduct safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness among production staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in production management or a similar role.

Proficient in Mandarin

to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to work when in a team environment.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
