Job Description

Responsibilities:
Ensure the reliability and effectiveness of all plant control system functions and operational activities, including troubleshooting, modification, and repairs. Oversee daily production to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Manage and supervise shift leaders effectively. Participate in commissioning activities. Contribute to continuous improvement plans for control systems and machinery automation. Train staff on automated processes. Actively review and optimise production workflows.
Qualifications:
Minimum
Bachelor of Engineering Technology
in Industrial Automation, Electromechanical, or related field.5-7 years
of relevant working experience. Advanced knowledge of production machinery processes. Strong management and leadership skills. Experience in industrial automation. Skilled inPLC program development
