Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise production team to achieve output, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Plan and execute daily production schedules in collaboration with SCM team. Monitor and prepare reports on production performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resolve production issues. Maintain production staff discipline, adherence to Work Instructions and SOPs, 5S and safety standards. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing & controlling relevant aspects of manufacturing operations. Lead, organize and manage Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, team to ensure operational tasks are coordinated and executed efficiently, and effectively. Identify areas for improvement, establish plans and implement actions for quality, productivity, cost, delivery improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing leadership role in CNC/precision machining operation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
