Production Assistant
Job Description
Plan, train & monitor daily rework & sorting of RCC operators to meet delivery.
To update On Hold Status report, Offline Rejection report, Reject's Approval Note (RAN) report & Total Rejection report by daily basis.T
o present data during daily production meeting.
Prepare parts for delivery (in-house & outgoing) including replacement parts & loose parts.
Maintain proper layout, storage & housekeeping for product inventory in DP area & RCC area. Make sure product inventory in First In First Out (FIFO) basis.
In charge of Finished Goods Record (FGR) and Reversed Finished Goods Record (RFGR) parts from warehouse & do proper filing of FGR and RFGR.
Conduct stock take every Wednesday (weekly) & every last working day of the month (monthly) on 4pm.
Provide report on the following day before 10am. Perform random audit to ensure physical stock is tally with ERP system.
To ensure finish goods are moving to OQA 3 or 4 hourly (8am/12pm/4pm/7pm) during production.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
