Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving & Storage

Receive incoming deliveries of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies. Check goods against delivery notes for accuracy and quality; report any discrepancies or damages. Label and store item in accordance with inventory system and FIFO ( First In, First Out) principles. Ensure all incoming stock is labeled and stored according to food safety and traceability requirements (e.g., batch codes, expiry dates). Endure proper storage conditions for food products (e.g. temperature-controlled areas)

2. Order Picking & Dispatch

Pack, label, and load outgoing shipments accurately and safely. Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely dispatch.

3. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock records of stock levels and movement. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with stocktakes. Report shortages, overages or discrepancies promptly.

4. Safety, Hygiene & Compliance

Adhere strictly to food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP), company hygiene procedures, and allergen control protocols. Maintain cleanliness and order in all warehouse areas, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of storage equipment. Ensure materials are handled and stored to avoid contamination or spoilage. Comply with warehouse safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.

5. Production

Record and key in production record and related documentation. Record and inspect returned purchased for quality and compliance. Assist to prepare sample for customer request. Assist in checking, recording and maintaining waste water treatment activities.

Qualification

SPM / Diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in warehousing or logistics, preferably in afood manufacturing setting Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems (SQL) Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, GMP) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
