Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.+1
Strong understanding of thermoset resins, catalysts, and chemical mixing processes (Pultrusion experience is a plus).
Capability to independently conduct material testing and chemical analysis in the lab.+1
Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to technical detail.+2
Effective communication skills to coordinate between lab findings and production adjustments.+1
Self-motivated and able to manage production timelines with minimal supervision.+1
Prior experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment is preferred.+1
Job Overview:
The Chemical Engineer supports the Technical Manager by ensuring the chemical integrity of our pultrusion production line. This role is a hybrid position that requires being active on the production floor to manage chemical usage and job flow, while also maintaining strict quality control through laboratory testing and material analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and coordinating technical chemical activities across the production and quality departments.
Independently set up and conduct chemical and material testing to ensure all raw materials meet quality standards before production.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chemical formulations and manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with the production team to optimize resin mixing, curing cycles, and overall process efficiency.
Maintain and update technical documentation and safety data sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used in the plant.
Support supplier coordination regarding technical requirements for chemical raw materials.
Conduct research on new chemical additives or technologies to improve product durability and production speed.

Experience:
Chemical/Mechanical Engineering: Minimum 1 year (Required)
Manufacturing environment: 2 years (Preferred)
