Job Description

SUMMARY:



Responsible for providing administrative support to the production team. They will work with a variety of departments to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. The Production Clerk will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of production data.

RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:



Ensuring all activities assigned by the HOD is carried out accordingly. Support the HOD in carrying out routine work. To ensure jobs performance in conforming and complying with the company's work standard and requirement and follow strictly the quality system requirements as set out by Management. Responsible on incoming and outgoing, internal, and/or external correspondence Provide administrative support to the production team, including data entry, filing, and scheduling, typing of letters, memorandum and reports etc. Maintain accurate records of production data, such as production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control reports. Communicate with production team members, as well as other departments, to ensure that production runs smoothly - sending emails, making phone calls, letter or memo. Order and track inventory levels - Issue Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchaser and following up the arrival of the inventory ordered. Compile and prepare reports on production data - Microsoft Offices and Account / SAP system. Preparing production monthly stock take - Joining the stock take activities with representative from Finance department. To report to Production Manager whenever abnormal situation occurs within the department. To be PIC for production in distributing any information, announcement or memo from the Management / HR to all production team. Responsible in distributing the Timesheet Analysis received from HR to production workers during payrolls week and making sure all the Timesheet Analysis are checked and completed before resubmit to HR. Performs other related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:



Minimum qualification : Minimum Diploma in any related fields. Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing / clerical Other skills : Strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills, good analytical skills, Office Software skills, data entry skills, familiar with ISO9001, ISO/IATF16949 documentation and implementation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
