Production Clerk (contract)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, update, and maintain production records, reports, and documentation. Assist in monitoring daily production schedules and ensure work orders are distributed accordingly. Record production data such as quantities produced, downtime, and materials usage. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Warehouse, HR, Maintenance) for smooth production flow. Assist in inventory control by recording material requests and usage. File and organize production-related documents for easy retrieval. Update attendance and overtime records for production staff (if required). Assist in preparing reports for management on production matters. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards. Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Business, or related field. At least 1 year of working experience in a clerical/administrative role (manufacturing environment is an advantage). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
