- Secondary school/ Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in a production environment.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Record and maintain production data including daily production, training materials and schedules.
- Coordinate production meetings, prepare agendas, minutes and follow up on items.
- Track production progress and report key indicator status to production manager.
- Support maintenance and procurement teams to ensure schedules are completed on time.
- Provide administrative support and properly store production documents.
